Q as F
Sometimes, I miss this show. Yes, I know...it wasn't the most fantastic show ever. It was a little melodramatic and over the top at times. But when they got it right it was great. And I liked the show's raw honesty. They showed the good, the bad and the ugly of life in the gay community.
Plots revolving around drug use, aids, gay bashings, ex-gay cults, discrimination, porn stars, escorts, baths, boom boom rooms, cheating, stds...
...and also relationships in all forms. Your relationships with your family, your friends, your boyfriends, your career. And how it all fits together or not.
...And the show had a bit of the comic book world with the Michael character who eventually opens his own comic shop and writes/publishes his own comic based on himself and his friends Brian and Justin...
...I have the dvd box set. It's probably been a year since I've watched them but I'll have to find sometime this spring to revisit that world again...
