That's right, you heard me...the Mime. A once used Batman villain armed with electrocuting gloves and a silencer gun, going on an anti-noise related killing spree in an early 90's issue of Batman. I don't think they revived the character. But maybe it's time to---as a hunky guy with a troupe of evil mimes committing silent crimes in Gotham City.
